The ticket office closes at 18:00. There is also a free visit: Sundays (not public holidays), 16:30 – 18:00, booked online.

Who gets in free or reduced
The cathedral's own tariffs, in force since 1 January 2026, make the visit free for residents of the diocese of Seville, children under 13 with an adult, visitors with a disability of 65% or more, and registered unemployed people. Reduced tickets (€7.00 online) are for visitors over 65, students up to 25, some disability levels and adults in large families. Bring the document: this is a separate institution from the Alcázar, with its own rules, and its own free Sunday visit, Sundays (not public holidays), 16:30 – 18:00, booked online.
The guided visit costs €20.00 online, €21.00 at the ticket office, and runs about 90 minutes.
What to know
The Giralda has no stairs. It was once a minaret, and you climb it by a series of ramps, wide enough for a horse. It is still a long climb in the heat.
Dress respectfully. It is a working cathedral: covered shoulders and knees are the safe choice.
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours, including the tower.
